Tomer Marcus is an Israeli violinist.

Tomer has performed as a soloist with leading Israeli Orchestras under Maestros Shlomo Mintz, Doron Salomon and Yoni Farhi and has given classical music recitals in Israel and in London. He participated in chamber music projects and in folk music concerts, some of which have been recorded for the Voice of Music radio station and for the Channel 1 television station.

Tomer has won the 2010 Concerto Competition of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, and the UNO 2012 competition.

Tomer’s violin studies began at age 7 with Ella Dickerman. He continued with Noam Scheuss, and later on he studied under the guidance of Chaim Taub. Tomer holds a Bachelor degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, where he studied with Roi Shiloah and Ludmila Feldman. His Concert Recital Diploma and Master of Performance degree with distinction are from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, where he studied with Simon Fischer.
